It is sad but true, all of us antique dealers are active enablers of those poor souls who suffer from Antique Addiction. It is a tough thing to admit, but admit it we must. Some of us actually owe much of our success from our poor addicted bretheren.
So what can we do to make amends? What can we do to provide comfort to these tormented antiquers who just can't stop buying antiques? Why offer them a discount, of course! We don't want to cure them. I mean, we aren't crazy. But we can sure help them with a discount.
You can join us an Antique Addict Enabler by simply requesting your shop be added to our list. We will send you a poster alerting your customers that you do your part to provide comfort to Antique Addicts. There is no charge to you. We just ask that you do offer a small discount on at least some items to anyone presenting an Antiquers Anonymous card to you. We suggest 10% on anything not already on sale, reduced, or marked "Firm".
In return you will be listed on our site as an Antique Addict Enabler. It is basically free advertising on the most complete antique store listing guide for the state of Texas.
